Visit Dubai
Fahmi Al-Metwalli created this independent AI spec advertisement around Dubai’s skyline and desert landscapes. It explores destination storytelling through generated images and animation. The project is a personal creative demonstration, not a commissioned Visit Dubai campaign.
In his original production notes, Fahmi identifies Google Image FX for the images and Veo 2 through Freepik for animation. He describes the advertisement as using no live-action footage.
NOSTOS is an independent AI short film by Fahmi Al-Metwalli, inspired by Odysseus’ journey home. It explores the difficulty of returning to something that matters, with Calypso, the Sirens and the Lotus representing comfort, distraction and forgetting.
